University Personnel Process Forums

The University Personnel Process (UPP) Forums are for individuals on campus who process transactions for employees (e.g., student, faculty, staff, and management).

These forums are held on the second Tuesday of each month, and agendas are sent out approximately one week in advance.

Each meeting agenda follows a standard order:

  1. Student employee processes
  2. Staff and management processes
  3. Faculty-related processes

This structure helps participants join for the portions most relevant to their roles.

Topics regularly include:

  • Academic Processes
  • Hiring Employees
  • Absence and Time Reporting
  • Benefits and Leave Processes
  • Training & Development
  • Other General University Personnel Information
