What You Need to Know

Students, staff, and faculty are eligible for Office 365 Education, which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and additional classroom tools.

SJSU IT provides support for faculty and staff for One.SJSU Single Sign-on (SSO) applications and Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Core Services: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What You Need to Do

Office 365 is licensed for use on up to five (5) computers. Log into portal.office.com with your One.SJSU credentials, and click on the button labeled Install Office to begin the download. For printable guides with useful tips, shortcuts, and screenshots, visit the Office Quick Start.

If you are not compatible/eligible for the O365 download, you can use the online version that has the same core applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
