SJSU IT Enterprise Solutions Steering Committee
Mission
Mission Statement: "Create and execute a centralized process that aligns IT and Business Unit resources with technology-dependent initiatives, ensuring they deliver maximum value and impact for the SJSU community in support of the University’s strategic goals."
The SJSU IT Enterprise Solutions Steering Committee's purpose is to:
- Create a well-defined process to identify and prioritize technology-dependent projects supporting initiatives across campus using consistent, scalable criteria.
- Provide transparency into project delivery timelines.
- Ensure campus stakeholders have a voice and visibility into which projects are prioritized and why.
- Ensure projects are aligned with the broader strategic goals of SJSU and the CSU System.
- Ensure we are maximizing the use of available human and capital resources to achieve the greatest possible impact for the campus community.
