Dear Colleagues,

Join us to participate in the Ad Astra Scheduling Summit, an in-person workshop hosted by the Office of the Provost. This summit will bring together department chairs, school directors, college leadership, and advising leads for a strategic roundtable and collaborative exploration of our academic scheduling approach.

We’ll dig into best practices, tools, and recent successes, with a focus on how scheduling data and tools like Ad Astra can support better decisions, equitable access to courses, and space optimization across the academic division.
