Film/Photo Permits and Releases
For permits or to submit a media release form, please submit a request form or contact us for the following item in need. If you are photographed by university staff or contractors, you may be asked to complete a CSU Media Release form below.
The use of campus grounds, whether academic, institutional, personal/private, or commercial in nature, or any SJSU property for videography or photography is subject to the Freedom of Expression and Time, Place and Manner policies. University Marketing and Communications reviews all requests for use of campus facilities and reserves the right to reject applications that do not conform to the university's Freedom of Expression; Time, Place and Manner; and Mission, Vision and Values policies.
