When and where can I order business cards and stationery?
You may now order business stationery through new vendor Medius Corp.
Do I have to recycle my old business cards and order new ones?
No. Please use up business cards and other materials that have SJSU's old logo.

How do I report a quality issue with my stationery order?

How do I find out about the latest marketing and brand updates?
SJSU's University Marketing and Communications team has developed the new SJSU Brand Style Guide to help us all promote the appropriate use of the San José State brand and identity.
Does my department have to use the official SJSU brand?
Yes, all colleges, divisions and subsidiary departments, units and auxiliaries must align with the official SJSU brand standards in all marketing, communications and use of digital tools and services from social media, to email, to print products, to events. Unless otherwise permitted, or created in collaboration with University Marketing and Communications, the use of unique logos, marks, colors and palettes, typefaces and alternative branding by any official SJSU entity, is expressly prohibited.
SJSU Brand Guidelines
I'd like a logo for my department or program. How do I request a lockup?
The university does not create or permit the creation and use of unique "logos" for individual colleges, divisions, departments or units - with extremely limited exceptions. All colleges, departments and programs are to use only their assigned "lockup" which is a standardized arrangement of the "SJSU" mark with the name of the subsidiary department. Download your unit's lockup or request a new one.
Only specific units, mainly auxiliaries or entities with prevailing public-facing services or pre-existing relationships with external entitites are permitted their own "logos". These include, for instance Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, SpartanEats, Associated Students, Athletics.
How can I use my department's lockup?

I didn't see any mention of a "logo" on this website.
SJSU no longer has one "logo." We use a series of marks. Read the SJSU Brand Style Guide and download our university marks.
How do I submit a request for a vendor who needs our identity elements and the SJSU Spartan Typeface?
