About Kevin Kellogg

Kevin Kellogg is currently the assigned DNA Cold Case Criminalist for the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Crime Lab. He has been with the lab since 2010. As a DNA Cold Case Criminalist for Santa Clara, Kevin prioritizes his work in reviewing cold cases and determining which cases will benefit from re-examination with current technologies. Prior to working with Santa Clara, Kevin was employed as a criminalist with the CA Department of Justice and with the San Francisco Police Department Crime Lab. He has a BS in Cellular and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara and a MS in Cellular and Molecular Biology from CSU Sacramento.
