Full Circle Mental Health

Full Circle Mental Health provides individual, group, and family-based interventions to promote psychological, behavioral, relational, and developmental well-being through a holistic approach to wellness.
Clinical services, psychoeducational groups, parenting supports, career counseling, and mentoring emphasize prevention and early intervention, building coping skills, emotional regulation, and resilience to support healthy development and lifelong success across home, school, and community settings.
Youth Mental Health
- Coping with Depressed Mood Groups
- Coping with Anxiety Groups
- Peer Intervention Group - Youth learn strategies to navigate conflict and how to effectively support friends
when problems arise.
- Youth Learning Circle - Youth explore life skills and coping strategies to build resilience, navigate family and peer challenges, and process difficult emotions in healthy ways.

Youth Career Skills
- Build Your Future Fair, a career fair that connects high school students with a range of trade schools,
colleges, universities, and post-graduation opportunities, supporting positive youth
development and well-being.
- Health Voices, an 8-week program where youth are paired with SJSU student mentors to create a health-focused Public Service Announcement (PSA).
