Current Research Activities
Bianca Hinojosa earned her Ph.D. in psychological sciences with an emphasis in health psychology at the University of California, Merced. She earned her MA in general/experimental psychology at California State University, Fresno, where she was an NIH Bridges to Doctorate Scholar. Bianca researchers how intergroup interactions and biases influence the well-being of people of color. Her research program broadly focuses on stereotyping, prejudice, and discrimination toward the Latinx population and its effects on Latinx peoples’ health and well-being.
