Employee Guidance

In Case of Enforcement Activities

Who to Contact if an Employee is Detained

If you are aware that an employee (faculty, staff, auxiliary employee) has been taken into custody as a result of an immigration enforcement action on any campus property, please contact the Designated University Official immediately or within one business day so the university can make necessary notifications, including informing the affected employees’ emergency contact of the situation.
