Room Reservation
The Clark 100H Meeting Room (Fishbowl) is designated as a quiet meeting space, and reservations are available to SJSU Departments and Centers, and recognized SJSU Student Organizations.
WHEN IS THE ROOM AVAILABLE?
- Monday - Friday, from 9 am - 7 pm
- The latest meeting start time available for this room is 4:30pm
- The room is not available on Saturday or Sunday

RESERVATION GUIDELINES

Requests are limited to 2 hours per day, including set-up and clean-up

Any exceptions to the time limit will be granted on a case-by-case basis

SJSU departments and centers will be given priority for scheduling, with requests accepted up to a maximum of 4 weeks in advance

SJSU Student Orgs can request the room a maximum of 2 weeks in advance

Non-SJSU affiliated individuals or organizations requests are not allowed
ROOM POLICIES

Due to safety code, this room holds a maximum of 20 persons

Tables and chairs should be returned to the U-shaped configuration, fans turned off, and waste disposed of after the meeting

Chairs, tables, and fans are not allowed to be removed from the room
- Repeated violations (e.g., exceeding capacity, disruptions, leaving trash, improper setup, or violating campus policies) will result in denial of future reservations
TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT
Use of the TV monitor and remote control are only available for confirmed reservations
- EOP does NOT provide technical support or cables/adapters

Be sure to bring the necessary cables to connect your laptop/device to the TV monitor
- If after you connect your laptop/device, the TV monitor does not automatically connect, check in with the EOP Front Desk to ask for the remote control during our business hours

Please stop by the EOP Front Desk during EOP business hours (Mon-Thu 9am-5pm and Fri 9am-4pm), if you need assistance with the room being locked during your reservation time, need cleaning wipes, or assistance with the monitor/remote control
