Students interested in pursuing this program should have:

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or other similar engineering majors.
• 3.0 GPA minimum or 80%+ for international degrees
• Apply on Cal State Apply. Select "Electrical Engineering (Special Session)" on Cal State Apply; the specialization does not appear.
  There is no GMAT/GRE requirement

*Note: For Undergraduate Degrees in Science and Engineering outside of Electrical/Electronic Engineering and Computer Engineering, admitted students may be required to take up to 4 upper-division Undergraduate EE courses, based on their academic background. Those course(s) can be completed at any university/college within the first year of the program.
