We boast three high-tech computer labs built for digital creation. Every single workstation features a dual-monitor setup—including a premium Cintiq display so you can draw, paint, and animate directly on the screen!

You will have full access to the iconic Martin Luther King Library, a massive eight-story hub shared with the city of San José. Launch Pad Maker Space
Ready to bring your concepts into the physical world? The College of Humanities & the Arts is thrilled to welcome you to the Launch Pad! This dynamic creative playground has everything you need to innovate. You can reserve our Raise3D Pro2 3D Printers, use the Universal Laser Cutter to cut and etch a massive variety of materials, or shoot professional shots of your physical creations on our fully equipped Photo Table (complete with custom lighting and backgrounds!). Whether you need to schedule a creative meeting at our conference tables or just want a cool place to hang out and brainstorm, the Launch Pad is your space.
Green Screen & Stop Motion Studio
Want to blend the physical and digital? We have an intimate, fully dedicated green screen room that is perfect for shooting props and stop motion! The absolute best part? It comes equipped with a highly precise robot arm, allowing you to program and achieve flawless, dynamic camera movements for your stop motion animations.
