Clinical Areas: college and career transitions, relationships, emotional regulation, mental skills training, Men & masculinity, and disordered eating

Populations: Early adults; LGBTQIA+; Men; Student-athletes.

Theoretical Orientation:

Primarily practice Acceptance and commitment therapy ("Act") from a multicultural lens, with emphasis on mindfulness and self-compassion. Integrate techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Process Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
