Foster an equitable and inclusive environment and campus infrastructure where diverse populations can flourish and have a sense of belonging and well-being.
Metrics
- Increasing employee retention rates year over year, as measured by decreases in voluntary attrition and increases in average months of service.
- Improving students’ satisfaction with the campus environment (measuring the quality of interactions and the supportiveness of the environment) year over year, as measured by the NSSE survey.
- Improving employee satisfaction and morale year over year as measured by the campus climate assessments.
Campus Safety
Ensure a safe, healthy and informed university community.
Metrics
- Increase student, faculty and staff participation in Title IX and Civil Rights Trainings year over year, as reported by the Division of People and Culture.
- Decrease incidents of crime on campus year over year, as measured by annual Clery reports.
