Spring 2026 On Campus Housing Still Available!

Student housing spaces are still available for the current Spring 2025 semester. If you are interested in applying for housing on campus this fall, please contact the Housing Office at uhs-frontdesk@sjsu.edu or 408-795-5600. 

Information on Spartan Village on the Paseo

Current Housing residents can now apply to live at Spartan Village on the Paseo for the fall. New applicants must wait until the new student application opens in early March. 

All residents will be required to choose one of three new meal plan options for Spartan Village on the Paseo. View room rates and meal plans.

Live at the International House

Have you considered living in on-campus housing at the International House? The International House (I-House) is home to U.S. and international students who are freshman through graduate students.  As an SJSU housing option, the I-House community provides a diverse and welcoming intercultural living environment.
