What is the WILL Conference?

Hosted by San José State University's Lucas College and Graduate School of Business, the Women in Leadership League (WILL) Conference connects students with accomplished Silicon Valley leaders and SJSU alumni to explore leadership, career development and professional growth.

Through keynote presentations, panel discussions and mentorship opportunities, participants gain practical career insights, hear inspiring leadership stories and build meaningful connections with executives and industry professionals in an inclusive and empowering environment.
