Cheick Camara serves as the Vice President and Managing Director at ServiceNow Africa, where he brings his visionary leadership and strategic expertise. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Cheick is deeply committed to education and community development as an advisory council member for the College of Engineering at San José State University. His passion for fostering inclusive environments is further exemplified through his role as co-chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Additionally, Cheick dedicates his time and efforts as a board member at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley, supporting youth empowerment and development in the community. Through his diverse roles, Cheick demonstrates a steadfast commitment to driving positive change and fostering innovation across different sectors.

 

Demetriah WebsterDemetriah Webster
Corporate Responsibility, Ichor Systems

Demetriah Webster is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across multiple industries, including semiconductors and aerospace. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Ichor Systems, she spearheads sustainability initiatives, drives workforce diversity, and employee and community engagement.

With a robust background in operations and program management. Demetriah has successfully led cross-functional teams and managed global high-impact projects at The Boeing Company, United Technologies Corporation, and Ichor Systems. She is also the owner of G Harvest Homes Inc., a residential redevelopment business. Demetriah holds a BS in Materials Science & Engineering and multiple certifications program management, real estate and entrepreneurship.

Suja ViswesanSuja Viswesan
Vice President Security Software Development, IBM

Suja Viswesan is a compassionate, authentic, radically candid Technology Executive. She has held various leadership roles at IBM, LinkedIn and Warner Bros Discovery in her 20+ years of technology career journey. She is currently VP of Software Development heading IBM’s Security Software Development. Her portfolio includes products in Threat Intelligence, Data Security, Identity and Access Management, Fraud protection and Device protection. Some of the suite of products include: QRadar, Guardium, Verify, Trusteer and MaaS360. Suja is a public speaker who has spoken at various universities and at conferences/Events including Grace Hopper conference, Strata Data, Women in big data forums, and girl geek forums. Outside of work, Suja is very passionate about education and women in technology. She is an advocate for Women in Tech. She is a board member and President of the SF Bay Area chapter of Pratham, an educational charity organization that focuses on innovative interventions to address gaps in the education system. She is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
