COVID-19 protocols for the in-person event

We are committed to enabling a safe and comfortable experience for everyone attending the conference. This includes fully complying with CDC, state and local laws and guidelines to protect from COVID-19 and COVID-19 exposure.

  • The health and safety of attendees, presenters and staff is a high priority.
  • By registering for and attending the meeting, I affirm that I will comply with all CDC (8/11/22 release), federal, state, local (Palo Alto and Santa Clara County), and venue-specific laws, orders, directives, and guidelines related to COVID-19 and attending the meeting.
  • I will respect health and safety protocols of hand sanitation, social distancing if possible and respect wishes of others regarding shaking hands and other social greetings.
