Starting April 2026, all digital campus materials must be accessible, per CSU requirement and federal standards. CFETI has this PDF Accessibility page to help you. (https://www.sjsu.edu/cfeti/software/accessibility/accessible-pdf.php) Disclaimer: posting PDFs of any kind to any sjsu.edu webpage should be done sparingly and only when absolutely necessary. Instead, opt for providing a public link to a shareable cloud storage file like a Google Drive folder instead of uploading large and unwieldy files as PDFs.
