New Program - MS in Speech-Language Pathology
San José State University now offers an online MS in Speech-Language Pathology. Through rigorous coursework and clinical practicum, students are equipped to meet the needs of our culturally and linguistically diverse community. Join us to make a meaningful impact!
MS in Speech-Language PathologyThe fully online Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) prepares you for professional careers in the information profession. Graduating students rank the MLIS program's flexibility and online learning environment as its top two strengths. 43 units to complete this degree.
The MLIS program is an exclusively online program with no on-campus orientations or other required in-person events. Most course content is delivered asynchronously, giving you the freedom to access the course at any time you choose, from any location. This program sees a high satisfaction rating from its graduates with 95% of graduates stating they would recommend the MLIS program at the SJSU information school.

With a Master of Library and Information Science, you will be prepared for professional careers in the information profession. Alumni business cards carry diverse titles, such as User Services and Multimedia Librarian, Digital Archivist, Knowledge Manager, Informatics Specialist, Emerging Technology Librarian, and Metadata Specialist.
As an SJSU student you have full access to a career development specialist, who conducts career workshops, hosts a career development blog, provides career guidance, and reviews resumes and cover letters.
