The [HETC] program has significantly influenced my professional goals and trajectory. I am more confident in my role being a professor. Recognizing that having knowledge to teach and effectively teaching are distinct skills, the program has equipped me with the necessary tools to excel in both aspects. I believe my participation in this program will enhance my ability to serve my students more effectively, providing me with a valuable edge in my academic career.
