Permission Number Requests

A permission number (or add code) is a 5 or 6-digit number that allows a student to enroll in a course when SJSU's enrollment system has not otherwise cleared them. For example, the course may have reached capacity, or class admittance may be listed as "by instructor consent only."the content.

Permission numbers for Spring 2027 ENGR 10 and ENGR 100W can be requested before the term begins by using the action buttons below.
