Our Mission: SJSU’s Healthy Development Community Clinic (HDCC) serves as a vital link between SJSU resources and the Santa Clara County community, offering free services, education, and resources to foster health equity and holistic well-being for under-resourced children, youth, and families.
The HDCC had a successful year of growth, and we look forward to exciting new projects and opportunities in the coming year. Thank you to all of our community partners, affiliate faculty, and others who have helped us provide services this year!
