Freshman & Sophomore

Appointments

Beginning September 3rd, appointments for Freshman and Sophomore students will be available through Spartan Connect.  You can also contact our office at 408-924-5095 to schedule an appointment.

Virtual Drop-ins

Drop-ins are for quick questions (15 minute session) with an academic advisor. Please note that drop-ins will be hosted virtually and will end 15 minutes before closing time. No in-person drop-ins.

Junior & Senior

Appointments

All Junior and Senior students requesting an appointment can submit their questions here. An advisor will review and determine if an appointment is needed.  Urgent matters can be directed to our front desk at 408-924-5095 and they will assess if an appoitnemnt is needed.

For questions about major related courses and planning please reach out to your Major advisor/Department.
