Wed, Aug 5 - Tue, Sep 15 Registration for Open University via DocuSign or MySJSU
Mon, Aug 14 Payment due date for courses added from Aug 5 to Aug 11
Wed, Aug 19

First day of instructions.


If the class is open and you meet the prerequisite, enroll in the class. No permission number required for most classes.

First day to drop with 100% refund.
Sat, Aug 29 Permission numbers are required to enroll in all classes via MySJSU from this date forward

September 2026

Date Activity

Mon, Sep 14

Payment due date for students who enroll Aug 12 to Sept 11.

Students who register on Sept. 12 or later will have 3 days from registration to pay.

Tue, Sep 15

Last day to add Submit Audit option or Credit/No Credit grading option

Last day to drop without a “W” grade

Last day to drop with 100% refund. See more information on refund policy.

(or Department Chair). PaCE Representative, and Undergraduate Education Associate Dean’s signatures
Wed, Sep 16 Enrollment Census Date (No add/drop activities allowed)
Thu, Sep 17 Start date for Late Enrollment Post Census  begins
